Person dies at home; Cremation within 48 hrs.; Administrator filing takes place, Desendant info. is delibrately omitted, no notification takes place, Estate is wiped out by Administrator, who claims to be the Spouse, [odd since Deceased never Divorced 1st Husband], Desendant-Son- is Disabled since childhood, receives Soc. Sec. from Decedants Record, [His] rights are totally violated both Civil & Criminal; How is [He] address his Entitlement Rights when he doesn't know how to proceed?

First most and foremost...you need to hire a lawyer on any type of estate issue. While it is a terrible thing to have to drum up legal issues with someones death...it does happen. If you believe that the estate is not being properly executed you need to have legal advice from a lawyer who specializes in this.
