I normally do it while watching TV or listening to music. I'll eat sometimes, but I feel that it interferes with my typing ability.

Me i listin 2 all kinds. I am right now 2. I always listin to Fall Out Boy, Green Day, AFI, Panic!, MCR, and RHCP.

I am right now, I find it comforting and easier to type, better concentration, I know that sounds crazy but it works for me.
