The ideal community?

What do you think the ideal community would hold and make you decide to move there? In other words, if someone decided to make a town in the middle of norwhere, what would the community have to hold (aside from jobs, that's a given) in order for you to think it was the ideal place to live? ( I hope won't have to re-phrase this question in the future)

place without taxes and all people loves each other
be an island is much better
