My mom called me one once, I was in my late thirties and she was trying to tell me something that I knew, when I told her that she said "Get smart with me a**hole", me and my best friend just died laughing. Mom laughed too

Lol. I haven't heard the word 'butthole' since fifth grade...My little brother probably called me a butthole once or twice.

lol, no really. That's my five-year-old nephews favorite word, along with "butthead". He calls everyone that. Even named his pet crickets butthead and butthole. So yes, I've been called butthole, by a five-year-old.

yes I have, by one of my neighbours, but I nailbombed his car afterwards!
