Your Hymen is located just inside the vagina, you can tell if it is still intact by inserting your finger(lubricated)into your vagina and feeling for a barrier across the opening. If you don't feel one it is normal,it can break from normal exercise such as bicycle riding,playing sports etc.

It is on the outside or just inside. If you can see into your vagina, it is probably not there anymore. If it's not, no worries. It can get torn in sports, gymnastics, or the most likely: inserting a tampon.

Well hidden at the entrance, but already has a hole in it or may not be there at all.
Get a nice large makeup mirror and look. hey don't you judge how beautiful you are down there, leave that to us.
