I think so. Art needs to get his head out of his butt and start coaching. Moss is running the team. I think Walter to Moss is a good combo but you need to take care of 2 things:
1) Get rid of Brooks, HE SUCKS
2) Suspend Moss so he gets his act together
They have playmakers on D and LaMont Jordon has great potential. He's the Mini Bus.
It needs a lot of work though...
