I hadn't seen or talked to him in over 4 years, because we had got into an argument about some weed. But that's history...
So anyway, I saw him yesterday and we spoke and he lost a bunch of weight, because he used to be chubby at over 200 pounds, but now he said he only weighs about 180.
Now, the thing is that I know he is gay, but he does not know that I know this.
So he told me he had some type of operation in his azz which caused him to lose all this weight. But it just sounded weird to me.
So I'm wondering, does he have Aids?

Sadly, he could, or he could have had some prostate cancer, or whatever...if you and him have made your peace, you don't have to hang with his 'friends' if it makes you uncomfortable,...but let him know in a nice way, without asking him about the status of his health,..that you will be his friend...in time, he will tell you the truth...God Bless him and you.

he could, but i knew a gay man that had HIV and he was far from thin. maybe he just went on a diet in an attempt to find a mate.

lol, some kind of a$s operation?! omigod, by that does he mean anal reaming? If so, then it probably is aids.
