Dan killed Keith when the school went under lockdown. The guy who put the school under lockdown was the one thought to have killed Keith. However, Dan, Keith's brother, killed him because he was jealous of him. Now, Keith came back (in spirit) and showed Lucas what would have happened if Lucas did not even go to Tree Hill in the first place. Keith also arrived in Dan's jail cell and made Dan feel really guilty because Keith told Dan that he forgives him and started bleeding a lot!

Keith was Dan's brother. Dan killed Keith because he got barbra pregnant. Then when lucas forgot to take his heart medicine because he wanted to play in the tournament for his school so then he went into cardiac arrest So then Lucas and Keith are walking around (but they are dead) and Keith shows up in dan's cell and is saying like I forgive u dan and all this stuff So that is pretty much the little bit that I know of Keith but he is the Brother of dan.

Keith is Dan's brother, Lucas' uncle, Karen's (unborn) baby's dad. He was a very good role model and actor in the show and Dan (his brother) shot him. But no one knows about that (yet). He was always there for Karen and Lucas when Dan left them and had another baby (Nathan) with another woman and eventually his wife (Deb).
