Open/Download the file. When it's open, click on 'File' , then 'Save As'. You can now 'browse' your files and put the downloaded file wherever you like.

It depends on your Email Client, if it's Outlook or Outlook express, you can export it or even easier than that, just drag the sent email in question onto your desktop and you can move it, back it up, anyway you want.

Note: This will copy the email, you will need to delete it from Outlook manually.

Or how do you pickup you email, if not either Outlook(s)?

In Outlook (probably Outlook Express as well), right click on the file in the attachment and click on "Save as". Choose where you want to save to it to and what you want to call it and click on save.
