I know for a fact Amazon sells books on CD.
Try the popular African American bookstores, such as Hue Man, in New York or Robins in Philly.

*Hardcover or paperback? - Hardcover *If you could visit any fictional place, where would you go and why? - Hogwarts of course! Or Narnia. Either. *Favourite proverb? - ''With perseverance, even the snails made it to the ark.'' *Are you as blind as a bat, like I am? - Hahahaha... imagine if that was how doctors described the medical condition. ''Madam, I'm sorry, but your daughter is as blind as a bat...'' But no. I'm not blind. *When you read, do the characters have an accent that is suitable to their country? Or do you just read the story as though the characters are talking with your accent? - Uh, ok, I'm reading this book where a couple of the characters are Irish and I just can't picture their accents all that well. So I just make all the accents like normal. But in Jane Austen books I make all the accents British, because it's hilarious. I don't know why. *What colour are your eyes? - My eyes are brown. Surprise, surprise. *Favourite Disney character? - Oh my god. Favourite Disney character? You're killing me. Why don't you ask me something easier like ''what is the meaning of life?'' There's going to be a list. Aladdin, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Belle, Mulan, Mushu, Peter Pan, Timon & Pumba, Simba... etc, etc. *If you stumble upon a character in a novel who has the same name as someone you know, do you associate the character with that person? - Not really. No. *Where do you see yourself in 10 years? - 10 years? Hopefully I've graduated from uni by then and have got myself a good & proper career that I like. Hopefully, I'll be happy. :) *Favourite comic book hero? - SUPERMAN! *How was your week? It was... slack. I'm on my first week of holidays, so basically I wake up at 9 everyday. But I made a scarecrow! :D My father & little sisters are going to make a vegetable garden, so I made a scarecrow. It's a little creepy though, because it sort of looks a bit like the Joker.

Take a look at simplyaudiobooks.com. I know they have audiobook rentals, but I think you can purchase the cd as well. You can also download them to your computer or a MP3 player.
And they do have AA books there too.
Black Expressions book club carries alot of Zane's work, but I don't think they're on cd. You may want to check out Zane's own website: www.streborbooks.com or contact Zane directly at :zane@eroticanoir.com.
