It use to be my kids crying, or my husband calling out my name, which still does work by the way. It's usually hearing my dogs bark, which usually means someones at the door.

Once, the phone rang and I jumped out of bed...I don't know why....usually I let the answering machine take it...it ended up being some guy offering something for me to buy...it was a saturday too!!

When my alarm clock goes off, and I shut it off when it's on the other side of the room, when I realize that I'm late for something, or if it's Christmas.
