I DIDNT FRIGEN GET IT FROM WISE DOT COME!!!!! So how could that be? Wonderin.....

UNWISE.EXE is not advice as to whether it's wise or not to use, it's the uninstaller program for, in this case, 'hammer editor'.
all uninstall programs made with the wise company's installer software are called that - as in UNinstallerWISE.EXE (unwise.exe)

Agree with other answer. Wise is one of the best known windows software installation package systems.
