My God, no. They are consuming a lot more dosh than work produced as it is without us stuffing their pockets with banknotes.

Anyway they will say ONLY established parties should get it and that means only the corrupt ignorant three we have now.

And that means that good new parties who mean to do good will get no aid so they wont get anywhere. A proper political con trick. I can see it from miles away.

If the majority of your answers are "yes" then I am setting up the "I Have No Intention Of Serving Anybody Except Myself Party" (similar to those we already have, I think), and will expect my share of the windfall.
How, and who, decides who gets how much?
I suspect that would be a political decision, wouldn't it? (And we all trust politicians to make the right decisions, don't we???)

you could argue it either way

no - more tax for the public
- the extreme parties would have more funds if they were state funded, and no-one wants veritas to win

yes - fairer to the less wealthy parties
- the larger parties like Labour and Conservatives wouldn't dominate as much

Ask yourself this question!!! If you were an Arsenal supporter...Would you give money to Chelsea and Tottenham?? If you were a Man U supporter....would you give money to Man city?? etc......I would NEVER give money to parties that don't repesent MY point of view!!!!!! I think they get more than enough from the tax payer as it is!!!! Now the 3 main parties are very heavily in debt..........Not much confidence for running the country if they can't even fund their own party!!!!!!!

Who else would fund them? China? Funds should come from the homeland and no other source. The American political process should be sprung by Americans. Well, that is unless your name is Bill Clinton. That would be interesting to exclude big business. The people would shape our system more.

Well of course people arent going to want that because that would ensure no corruption. If people didnt have unlimited money to spread lies and disinformation they wouldnt be able to win. Both the Republican and Democratic parties would be defunct at that point.

Political parties receive all the money they need from big business and they have no need for public donations.
