You can't get away from your past, everywhere you look you see a result of the past, to live in the past is to regret what you have seen in the past, and the promise of learning from it. But forgetting it is absolutely impossible, if you try you might forget it a while but it always comes back and it gets even worse than before.

It's impossible to forget the past ever happened, good or bad, use it as a tool to help with your present actions, but don't get so involved with the past or worrying about the future that you lose sight of the day.

I don't think you can forget about the past. It will always be a part of your history. The future is the best place to focus on. The future is a brand new page in your life & you have the choice to make it whatever you want it to be. Still the past can teach us to make the future better. Mistakes do that for us. Forgiving the past is the key. Including yourself for we are only human & we all make mistakes. All of us.

It's definetly challenging to live with the past. You continue to live on a daily basis with unecessary weight on your shoulders. If you're spending to much time looking back, then who's watching ahead? You learn to make better decisions, and you're taught patience. Unless you're unhappy with yourself, then you wouldn't want to forget your past because it's moulded the person you are today. Leave it behind, and think about the opprotunity you have to make an awesome future.

It is not possible to forget the past. It is harder to pretend like you can and in the long run, it is defintely easier to live with the past. "Living" with the past means facing it, feeling it, and letting it go.

without a past there would be no present or future, we draw on our past learn our mistakes and how we deal with them decides how we cope in the future.for every bad episode in our lives there is always a positive solution, sometimes one can't see it but if you think hard enough it is there. Don't forget your past it has happened and there's nothing one can do about it.

That would all depend on what you're either trying to live with or forget. If it were something huge, something extremely tramatic or dramatic, it would be hard enough to live with let alone try to forget. But if it were something small and trivial, something embarassing or ego-damaging, like falling on your butt in front of a bunch of people-well, you could learn to live with that, but it would be hard to forget.

I tried to forget my past, but it haunts me.
So it's easier to live with the past, if you don't let it eat you up.

The past is gone and nothing will change it so learn from the experience and move on.
