there is this older guy at work who has two faces,he is so nice and he is always making jokes to make people laugh but behind their backs he tries to stab them,i got this new position at work a month ago,and the person who was supposed tp train me was busy in her new position,so i didnt have much to do,and everytime he came into the office he saw me not doing anything,so he wrote an email to all the managers about "unproductive wasteful people who should be gotten rid of",and he knows that i am supposed to read my co workers' email cuz i get important info in there,so he knew that i would catch that email, last week he tried to blame me for some mistake that some1 else did,he wrote an email again to all the managers saying that "the person in charge might not have communicated the changes to everyone so thats why they made a mistake",he has a much higher position in the company, and earn a lot more,i guess that he doesnt want me there cuz he has some1 else in mind to fill in the position

Ya know some people just SUCK don't they? I hate a f*cker that is a backstabber! There are alot of arrogant self-reichous no good for nothing jackholes! This p*ick has it in for you for sure!
Maybe you need to piss in his coffee? or use another computer and 'email' someone (him) and tell him he's a backstabber and no one likes him. Better yet.....didn't he try and make a pass at you in the elevator and that's why he gives you a hard time?!!!
A little word goes a long way so be careful! Good Luck.

Cover your back, put everything in writing, even down to saying "reviewed X's e-mail of such and such a date to Y subject Z". This type of thing happened to me after my supervisor gave me verbal instructions and when it went wrong he denied everything, so get questionable instructions. Some people feel threatened by others that they perceive as a rival.

Take control of the situation. Life is too short to worry about this stuff. Be confident enough in yourself to find a new job. Get out of there.
