gpa and test grades are important, but colleges also look at what classes you took (like if you took any AP or honors classes) as well as extracurricular activities.

It's a good solid GPA and a extremley high ACT score so you would have no problems getting into Illinois but keep in mind most people competeing for scholorships have 3.8-4.0s. You should get some form of aid though.
