I agree with Telis.................I think it's the syrup.
Good observation. It's like you're way excited about the pancakes before they come and once you're done, you're immediately looking for the nearest bathroom and throne to sit on for like 30 minutes.

I think it's not the pancakes that fill you up and make you sick but the pancake syrup.

I think because they smell so good when you are cooking them then when you eat them they are also good but they are so sweet and they leave the table, your hands, and your face all sticky.
