All politics aside, the answer is no. He will not be impeached. He will not be removed from office via impeachment.
In order to impeach, a series of investigations must be held in order to acertain the reason for beginning the impeachment process. Once these investigations (which would take at LEAST a year if not longer) are complete, the allegations must then be presented to the House of Representatives. If the House finds sufficient cause for impeachment, it will then send these charges on to the Senate. However, doing this requires a two-thirds' majority vote. The senate must then, again through a two-thirds' vote, decide whether there is cause to remove the president from office. The chief justice of the supreme court presides over the case (John Roberts), as the Vice President cannot due to the fact that, should the president be convicted through the articles of impeachment, he would then become president himself.
In addition, impeachment is ONLY a way to remove officials from office and to prevent them from holding any future public office. It is not the same as a civilian trial in that no additional punishment can be handed down DURING impeachment proceedings.
Once a public official has been impeached and removed from office, he may then be tried in a civilian court in the same way as any other U.S. citizen.
By the time all these proceedings and debates would be concluded, President Bush would be out of office anyway due to his term limits.
Thus, my answer, again, is no.

No, Nixon was not impeached. He resigned before he was impeached. In the history of the United States, only 2 Presidents (Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton) have been impeached. Both were acquitted. There were also one cabinet member (Secretary of War William Belknap - acquitted), one Senator (Tennessee Senator William Blount - charges dismissed), and 13 federal judges (including one U.S. Supreme Court Justice - Samuel Chase) that were impeached. Impeachment is not the same as convicting someone of a crime. It is more like a Grand Jury indictment. It only says that there is enough evidence for the person to stand trial. At a federal level, impeachment happens in the U.S. House, and the trial happens in the U.S. Senate.

NO WAY// The country remembers what the republicans tried to do in 98-99. Nothing got done. They will not stand for revenge again. They want action & they want it soon. Which ever party is seen as holding up progress , They will pay in 08. BOY will they pay. The party the people think are just holding things up for no reason except for party politics will suffer A BAD defeat. They will be out of control for at least 4 years while the party that the people feel wants to make this a better place to live will have a fee hand to do what they want. So both Republicans & Democrates start working together Or you may both be out. May be then Independents DO stand a chance.

No. Rumors started when Senator Russ Feingold called for Censure and/or impeachment proceedings and was joined by some Republicans. This was almost a year ago. Since then no serious talk of it has come and won't. The new congress knows it isn't worth the time or political Capital to pursue it. On top of which, it would look like they were simply using their position of power ranther than fulfilling the promises that won them the Midterms.
