I notice that blacks call blacks the "N" word and for then is not ofensive.

My question is:

How much black a person must be (%) and be okay to call another black by the ' N" word.

I understand that people should never use but i just would like to know from the Black in America when is okay to use it.

Thanks

I didn't know that calling someone the "N" had a percentage rate by skin color...that's weird. People shouldn't be using that word anyway I don't care if you're 25%, 75&, or 100% black.

the word nigra is latin for black, and this was the term used by the Romans for black races and was not a derogatory or demeaning term at the time but just descriptive.
it is simply an urban thing for blacks to address one another this way.

n!gga.. i'm not black and i used it.. it's really easy to tell when it is used to offend.. i said n!gger without realizing i did around black people.. it's all 'bout how much you respect 'em as a person.. you can be 100% black and still be offensive 'bout it.. not enough pride for 'em i guess..
