big thanks to all who had answer my previous question about removing a password. i failed to make it clear that it was a bios password.
i had once remove a bios password of a generic motherboard by detaching/attaching the jumper. but this time it is difficult because the main board of dell computer seems very strange to me.

since you don't know which jumper it is...the easiest thing to do is to remove the CMOS battery (looks like a flat silver disc, or a watch battery). Leave it out for at least 60 seconds so it loses it's memory (essentially).

remove the bios battery from the mobo....i looks like a quarter... then replace it after 30 seconds...(warning you might have to reset your system time)

When the computer is loading press Del. When it goes in to bios look for bios paasword. When you find it put in the old one to disable it.
