lol Oh, wow, Yzma and Kronk are frickin' hilarious. They are the best Disney Villains. But for a classic Disney Villain, I do like Maleficent.

My fav Disney movie is The Lion King so I have to go with Scar. The chick from The Emperor's Groove is funny as hell though.

Maleficent, the evil fairy of Sleeping Beauty. She never had any pretense of niceness or altruism. She's also the first Disney villain to call on the powers of Hell(!)---very classy bit of rotten nastyness.
My favorite comic Disney villain, without doubt, is Captain James Hook, the perfect combination of suave, craven, skullduggery!

Maleficent. She is the most wicked. My mom saw Sleeping Beauty in the theatre when she was a little girl, and she remembers being so scared of Maleficent that she rode home sitting in the floor board of the car and crying.
