the face: your face showed be treated likea baby .
don't put so mch makeup because it can harm the skin, put healthy lotion on your face very day ,when done drying put foundation, i always read the bottles of foundation, to see if it suites me. well put foundation, little ,not a whole blog of it,when done applying ,the skin kinda looks oily, well you can tottaly put powder from the big brushes ,take the one that matches your skin tone, and brush away oily skin,.every skin is differnet!so you have to pick wisely.

eyeshadow:choose a general color(red, blue green etc..) and have three different colors of same family(light meduim, dark)then choose the light color one,and glide it gently by your lashes(it is okay to get the powder on your lashes) if you are having truoble ask a parent (a mom) or friend,to do what you say! then when you are done gliding,(when you glide use the edge line,of the foam eyeshadow tool) so when you are done, take the meduim, and make it a little think of a color,on your second layer.when you are done, take abrush and gently glide it on your color(i said gently) it will look mush better, and then take the dark one,and gently put on top ,of the both colors(if you think it looks to much, take the brush and glide on the colors,it will look cute(if you don't like the way i'm saying it,just take on color, you like, and make it small,so only a little part can see,so you look natural) NOW YOU CAN take the mascara and and slowly swip the BLACK mascara,if want to look natural ,don't put on the bottem!

eyeliner: if eyeshadow is not your thing,or if you like eyeshadow, and want to put eyeliner, you still will look good! (i prefer,to put little eyeliner,if putting eyeshadow, but if you are not putting eyeshadow make it a little thiker.now take the black eyeliner pencil, and line it close to your lash line as possible.draw it by your inner eye, thin and as you go further, make it thiker.make sure it is a qauter of an inch, then, use the eyeliner, and trace over it,and extend it after the quater inch line, and don't curve it up,it will curve by it self when eye's are lift.

LIPS: now it lips time,(TIP: to make your lip big,use tooth brush and rub on your lips,)if you like natural lips, take clear lipgloss it is never out of style.if you like the look so far, take the lipstck you like and and rub on your lips once, and gloss it ! make sure,if you want to look natural, use brown eyeshadow, but i would prefer not to put eyeshadow for starters or experts(the hollywood stars do alot of makeup)now clear lipgloss ROCKS!

when buying makeup, i would start not wild but calm, like brown eye shadow, and not alot of mascara,or eye liner, and make sure that you read before buy!think alot about foundation, and what eye shadow to choose, because everyone is differnet!

Cover Girl has a great selection of products and is a great "starter-brand" (I've been using it since I was your age, though!)

These are the essentials you should purchase:
*foundation: try Cover Girl AquaSmooth- it is a great consistency and is really easy to apply...it also works as a concealer if you have any pimples you need to cover.
*mascara: I always use black, but buy brown if you want something more subtle
*an eyeshadow trio in neutral colors (try to find an eyeshadow set that has a light cream, a taupe and a brown)
*2 lipsticks or lipglosses (get one neutral, good for everyday-wear and one fun one, good for going out or special occasions-- I would recommend shades of pink/peach for your skin tone)
*a powder compact (Cover Girl makes them in different formulas depending on your skin-type)

Here are some other items that aren't necessary but would be nice to have:
*an eyelash curler
*blush and/or bronzer
*eyeliner (pencils are easier to work with then liquid for beginners)
*fun eyeshadow shades for special occasions

Finally, I would recommend a good face-wash for removing makeup at night, as well as a daily moisturizer with SPF 15- to wear under your makeup and protect your skin. Dove makes great facial-care products for reasonable prices.

Since you're 14, looking natural is a big deal. If you look fake--that just isn't cool. You want to find earth tones for eyeshadow (sandy colors would look good with your hazel eyes), brown-black mascara, and some simple pinky-brown blush (very light, not bronzer). If you have dark under-eye circles, New York Color's yellow corrective stick is very handy. As for lip color, just stick to tinted lip gloss.
A good place to go shopping for cosmetics is Target--good price, wide selection. Make sure you take someone who wears tasteful makeup with you for a second opinion on any cosmetics.

A mineral makeup would probably be better for than any other foundation. Wear minimum eye makeup (brown mascara), except for special occasions. Wear a lip tint rather than a lipstick.

All you need is some good mascara, and some blush, and lip gloss, if money is no object you can get your make-up from clinque or a place where they match you up with your colors.

ok! we could take a dismal brown eyeshadow and placed it on the part of your lash line to extremely line your eyes, take a similar shade or somewhat lighter and run it on your crease. combination it with ur center finger gently. take the 1st brown eye shadow and run it gently on ur decrease lash line. placed some mascara on and you're finished.
