if you want legit movies, then i suggest video.google.com, if you want TV episodes and real full movies, then there are certain sites on piczo.com, although you'll have to find them on your own. If you want to watch anime for free, crunchyroll.com. If you want a wide variety of fan films and some really great videos, go to atomfilms.com

Google has a video sharing site. Yahoo puts out videos as well. I would suggest sticking with Youtube though.
