what should i look for on a university when i compare it with other university from other country ?

Cost, class availability, national ranking, job placement percent after graduation. For student life, look to see if it is a dry campus (no alcohol allowed).

Good question, I'd like to know myself...
For grad school I'm really considering going to another country, but I don't know how wise that is unless that university is top-notch.
