Not if they are mined. Natural blue diamonds, and other fancy colors, are fairly rare, hence the high price.
Try eBay. I know it's such a common answer for every question, but it really is the place to find rare items at great prices. This seller, for example, carries all natural gems, and has several pairs of blue diamond earrings, with certificates. But the color has been enhanced, like most colored stones. This doesn't mean fake or created, just that the natural color wasn't the blue that the final color is.

Try Wal Mart. They are much cheaper and the stones are registered. If you are in Canada they only use Canadian Diamonds and other stones.
They get there diamonds the same place as 'Peoples' and other noted jewellers.

SEE WHAT you're PAYING a brilliant number of $$$ FOR. spectacular present concept, yet VERY expensive, SO DO YOUR HOMEWORK in the previous YOU dedicate to that super fat bill.!!! spectacular present!!! good success!!!

Just ask your local independent jeweler (NOT a mall store). they can certainly get them for you. and, if you choose irradiated blue diamonds (not naturally blue), they will actually be cheaper then a nice quality colorless diamond earring
