I have 3 kids and I spaced all mine 2-3 years apart so I never had 2 sizes of diapers, never had 2 babies on bottles, and I also thinki enjoyed only have one baby at a time. Once they turn 2 they start acting more like a little kid instead of a sweet little baby. I'm sure you already know that. Make sure your relationship is strong with your man and that you can afford it. Kids get more and more expensive as they get bigger. The clothes, the shoes, the toys, everything!! Happy Holidays!

When you and your spouse feel it is time. Some people wait years and others wait months. It is the choice of the parents. I have a 5 year old, 2 1/2 year old and a 1 year old. I wanted to space them 2 years apart however my third was a "surprise" so they are only 17 months apart - now that I had him - I wouldn't have it any other way.

I think the majority of people wait approximately 2 - 4 years!

It's only time to have a baby when you are able to provide for the child. My husband and I felt that waiting until the one child was off the bottle and diapers was a good time...having to make those purchases for two at the same time would be a huge financial strain.

I personally think every child deserves the chance to be the baby in there parents eyes and have that special treatment. So I think it's diffrent for everyone. I would wait for ur 2 year old to start showing a bit of independance. So he or she won't feel brushed off for the new baby.

My first two are 6 years apart. Then I had my son 14 months after I had my daughter. I think if you're ready financially and mentally and know you are able to care for a baby as well as your other child then go for it.

I used to let God decide..
I had 2 .. 11 months apart..
the third came 8 years later and the
last 10 years after the first one.
You don't always have babies when you want them.

if you feel ready, both financially and emotionally, go for it. as long as you can handle diapers for one, and potty training for the other, and you want to have a 2nd, start planning. the first will be close to 3 years old when the other is born, and will be more independent. and that's if you get pregnant right away. talk to your hubby, and make sure the two of you are ready, then get to it.
