Sparkly glittery long dress, when else are you gonna get a chance to wear one

Definitely a dress. A wrap around one flatters everybody, I always get compliments when I wear one. If you're not a fan of a dress, wear a corsetted top and some black trousers with heels. But I wouldn't dress in a clubbing type outfit or something too revealing, you don't want your boss letching over you!. Red will always make you stand out because everyone else always wears black I've noticed lately. And it's christmassy x

If itis a faimly party wear a pencil skirt down to knees any color best if tweed. Wear a flat shoe(on it a flower some kind of a disign to show that you are still yong and growing up)
If a friends party i would try to wear a mini skirt healed boot dressy shirt to pull out more of an adlut prespective.

Maby red leggings with a green skirt and a sweater that shows Christmas spirit!!! Or the leggings and the skirt around the other way. And if you don't like that then some red pants and a green shirt and maby a santa hat, but you chose!!!

First thing I thought of when I read ur ques was: "something conservative"....how tacky at X-mas time, of all times to wear a trampy outfit. But looks like I may b an old fuddy-duddy cuz almost everyone else said short, skimpy, sexy, etcc..

If it's an office party, nothing too revealing as you might not want tongues wagging at work. Otherwise, a sleeveless or strapless red, green or black dress is great.

you can wear skinny jeans, and get some high heels (you can get some at payless, its cute and cheap) and a nice tank top or sweater.sorry i'm just obsessed with that look.don't forget to wear ALOT of accessories.like i really don't like earring but i'd wear it to a party.nice necklace and bracelet.and of course a cute purse! have fun!

go shopping try on lots of outfits that match you budget,and choose the one you feel most comfortable and flattering in, or wear something you already have and like and funk it up with some nice accessories.

don't go shopping with someone pick your self
or go to the back of your wardrobe
if it was my party i would wear a black skirt or trousers
with a nice top and a pair of silver glitter shoes with a bag and accesories to match just something you like and you feel comfortable in !!
