I have an emachines T1742 and it's seriously a piece of crap. My friend had the same computer as I did and she said that there was a recall on it and she got a new computer. How can I find out if there was a recall on my computer? And how do I go about getting a new computer?

you can call the company where you brought it from or go on the web site and ask them is my computer on the recall list, you might have to give them all the information about your computer so they can check it out
