Definitely study up for it until you feel you know the material well enough to be happy with your score. Then get a good night's rest so you don't have to caffeinate yourself in the a.m. Lastly, take a deep, calming breath as the test is being handed out and keep telling yourself you will do fine!
Pace yourself during the test, spending equalk amounts of time on each question. Go back to the difficult ones if you have time. Or tackle them by rank if they are not all of equal value.

the period before, have a friend quiz you. this will get your confidence up, and you will walk in ready to take the test. As soon as you get the test, take a deep breath, relax. its just a test.

also, eat an apple about 10 minutes prior to the test. this sounds ridiculous but it really helps. dont eat any candy the day of the test and dont drink any soda.

What worked for me was right before my test I would take a walk, just a relaxing few minutes to yourself to get your mind of the test.. Good Luck to you!
