for like a club and have a meeting. not a hotel or restaurant, about 20 people, 18yrs and up, and does anybody have a suggestions on what activites are good??? i want to have at least lunch, a midday break, time to have a group meeting like discuss some things, and have some activites and i want it to be within 4hours, and i want it to be FUN!!

Go to the beach and have a picnic. Sit around in acircle and discuss things. Heck do some yoga, I dunno sounds all a bit hippy-ish to me. Bond, man...BOOOOONNNND!
