You could purchase one at an HVAC supply store.
Or you could just do it the cheap way and just pigtail it to the fan power supply line. That way it also turns on and off with the fan.

You can wire the humidifier into the fan circuit, The motor for the furnace is wired for heat, normally that Red or black wire can be used and you can connect the common lead and you are set. The fan has Low , medium , or high speed taps. Medium is usually used for heating, check the diagram on the fan access cover. Also this cover has a limit so if it's off the fan won't run, unless its depressed. ( Black flag limit switch.) Be carefull.
