Well, people will advise you not to do this, but I think my eyelashes hold a curl best when I use an eyelash curler on them after I've already applied mascara. Curl your eyelashes and apply a light coat of mascara, then wait a few minutes until it dries (so that they won't get stuck to the curler and be ripped out.) Then use a blowdryer to heat your eyelash curler for a couple of seconds and curl your lashes. I also have long eyelashes so I start at the base of my eyelashes and clamp it down for a about 15 seconds, then move to the middle, and then the top, and clamp the curler down for about 10 seconds each. Finally, I apply another coat of mascara to set the curl and make my lashes thicker. This works really well for me and my eyelashes stay curled all day!

i had the same problem!

i have short thin lashes and this is wat i do (its pretty simple and quick):

i use trim eyelash curler to curl my eyelashes two times on each eyes 20 seconds each. then i lock in the curl with a few coats of mascara (waterproof mascara locks it in the best. maybelline great lash locks it in the BEST BEST! i even swam with the mascara and my eyelashes stayed curl the whole enire time!!). then after 5 minutes or when the mascara is completely dry, curl ur eyelashes again for 20 seconds on each eye.

don't use hairspray! that would only weigh down ur eyelashes and ur curl will just become straight again.

Go to a beauty salon and ask to have them permed. If done correctly they can look amazing and should last you up to 3 months. You are advised to only get them done 3 times a year though. It costs around £25-30. A good tip is to have them tinted after the perm. It will make the finished result look fantastic. Ensure you have a 24hr patch test before either procedure is carried out to be on the safe side and rule out any allergic reactions. Good Luck!!!

Modelco does a very good curling wand that heats up as you curl your lashes, it is by far the best one I have tried.

well it seemed you have tried absolutly everything! i dont have anything to suggest except go see a beautician, or failing that id jsut give up! if you keep going on the way you are you'll end up with NO eyelashes left to curl!

Use the back of a spoon, heat for a second with a hair dyer. I swear it works I know it sounds crazy but my aunt is a model and its straight from the runway.

why not try heated eyelash curlers.
they're great.
I heard it's bad for your lashes to curl them after you apply mascara.

go to your local salon to see if they offer eye lash perming. Most should do it. its a semi-permanent method of curling your eyelashes and should do the trick.
