That is Hitler's propaganda. Remember that the Nazi Party began as a small party after WW1. After the war, the German people were living miserable lives. Unemployment is very high, economy is in recession, industry is at standstill, and Germany was obliged to pay huge reparations by the one-sided terms of the Versailles Treaty. Communism was fast spreading across the country at the instigation of the Russian Bolsheviks who are taking advantage of the situation. Their aim was to incite a Bolshevik revolution within Germany. Note that Bolsheviks in Russia are largely composed of Russian Jews, who exert their influence on the German Jews for their cause. That is to say that Bolshevik supporters within Germany are largely composed of German Jews. This is the main reason why Hitler despise the Jews and the Bolsheviks so much (Hitler's book Mein Kampf attest to this). This is a view mutually shared by the vast majority of the German people. Hitler made use of this sentiment to support his cause. He added to it the sense of German nationalism, his promise to abrogate the Versailles Treaty (which clearly enslaves Germany), to retake Rhineland and Alsace-Lorraine (large territories lost by Germany as a result of defeat in WW1), to rebuild the German military, and better life for the German people. Thus the Nazi party gained huge support and popularity. It steadily grew bigger in the succeeding years until its size and power became what it was just before WW2.

In the end analysis, it is doubtful that Hitler and his Nazi party could have achieved what it had without using such propaganda. As any politician in whatever country could prove, the way to win is to have a good and convincing agenda.

in order to gain power its helpful to convince the masses they have a common enemy. Marxism(Russians) and Jews(anti-Semites) are/were two very common paths. the behavior of the allies at the end of WW1 set the stage for further developments.
