I want to be sure i dont do something i might regret, like removing a long list of Hotfixs etc, from my add/remove list.......thanks for your assistance..........sharon t. from ohio

Yes, and no.

Any time you remove a hotfix, you have a good potential of removing all the hotfixes applied to your machine after that one.

If you're using Windows XP, make sure you have Service Pack 2 (SP2) it has a checkbox at the top of the Add/Remove Programs window that you can uncheck so you don't actually see the hotfixes.

I think it will not be good if u remove them frm Add/remove list.
I would recommend that,if u installed it from "autopatcher",then it can be safely removed from anywhere.

And one more better way is to make a "restore point" before doing any practicals.

You can not delete them. Just click the little box at the top to hide them.

yes you can remove them....from add/remove programs....
