NO ..a dog that's barks will not bite ..when a dog barks that is to say keep away don't come close because they fear you ...that is how animals communicate ...
be worried of the ones that don't bark ..there are the ones that don't need to show fear they are not afraid of you

And the bad part is...they always want to follow me AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!..A couple of years ago i was walking with my sis (everyone knows i hate dogs and as soon as i see them i run lol) and OMG i saw a dog lol, and my sis quickly grabbed my hands and held me back, she was like" Dont FUkkin run"..and the dog was walking right next to us and i was shaking lol and then he came around next to me and i was freaking out he starts licking me ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww....but finally made it home un harmed..but now when i see a dog i just take the long way....i get scared if a dog is behind a fenced gate and barks at me , i freak out lol

yes i do get really scared if a dog does bark at me.and it has happened before and i got bitten 1 time and now i am really scared of dogs now.Well i was walking by my friends house to go home and on the way home this one dog ran right up to me and bit me for no freaken reason and that freaken hurt.lol

Only when it's really sudden and really close to me... Or when I can see the dog, and he's not on a chain or behind a fence.
