Are there any famous modern philosophers in Greece or Turkey?

Yes, especially the pre-Socratics who lived across the Aegean in Ionia in Asia Minor which is modern Turkey. Many came from the town of Miletus. I believe Thales came from Miletus. I do not not believe that either Greece or Turkey is well know for its modern philosophers. Their best days may be behind them.

In answer to the first part of your question, Turkey, or what is today Turkey, was part of ancient Greece, so it is conceivable that there were philosophers from the area. The first link below shows you a map of ancient Greece
As to the second part of your question: . Anthimos Gazis, Gregory Vlastos, Cornelius Castoriadis, to name just a few of the modern Greek philosophers. the second link below gives quite a few more.

Most of the scientists and philosphers belonged to islamic culture in Turkey in the past.
