Why aren't there more choices in the United States? After all, aren't our elected officials supposed to represent us in the republican style of government? It seems that so many Americans are tired of the corrupt ideas and performances by the two-party political system in the U.S. because neither party adequately represents the interests of the middle class. Do current politicians serve the people, or do they serve themselves by satisfying their own egos? And how many elections do you believe are manipulated in order to produce "the desired results?"

If you were to form a new political party in the United States, what are some of the ideas that your new party would put forth that neither the Democrats or Republicans have chosen to pay attention to? What would you call your new political party if you were forming one? Would you change the current structure of the United States government?

I don't know what you are talking about because there are tons of third parties out there. The main reason that it seems like there are only two is because people tend to blindly follow one of those two parties and rarely give the third party candidates a chance even if those candidates have something better to offer the country. Another reason is because if the parties don't have the money they don't stand a chance at getting their names out there without one of the two main parties supressing their attempts through lies and propaganda.

A three way fight would be hard to manage. It would be too complicated and too costly. Whenever a third party looks like it might have a good idea, the republicans and democrats band together to make sure it can't succeed.

I think most Americans would like to see some sort of National Health Insurance. That's for sure.

Because the Dem's and Rep's have long standing in this country, and their power has become entrenched. That's also why our government sucks like an airplane toilet in a centrifuge.
