i want to wear black footless tights under a black skirt but i don't want to look like an emo of anything cos im girly.... help on how to make it look pretty???

that sounds cute. to make it less emo wear either a pink or white sweater with cute flats. that will make it look girly.

just beacuse you wear footless tights doesnt mean you look like an emo! i wear them all the time, just make sure you dont wear all black, i normally just wear my black leggings and a black jacket. but there are lots of different coloured footless tights out there now! so you know you may beable to find pink ones, i have some purple ones so i know theres lots of colours! why not try colour!

That sounds like a BRILLIANT idea! I bet it looks really really cute and Im definitely going to try it! I totally LOVE footless tights, they are the best! I like them with both flats and high heels and usually skirts, and I think they go great with everything, but Id never thought about rolling them jean shorts. That idea is outstanding, you should definitely try it!

I dont think wearing all black makes you "emo" specifically, but if you want your outfit to be more girly, try something light or sparkly on the top. Also maybe try lighter colored shoes/heels. Do your makeup in a softer way (not lots of eyeliner) and you should be fine.

if the skirt is not an exact match to the footless tghts dont wear it instead you could wear a denim mini with pumps

I would go for a very feminine top in a pastel or metallic color. Have your hair down, preferably wavy or curled. Go VERY lightly on the eyeliner! If you choose to do eyeliner, here's a pretty way that I love: Wet a small eye definer brush and dip it in gold (if you have warm skin) or silver (if you have cool skin) eye shadow. Then line your top lashes and wing out a bit. It looks great!

I would were colorful shoes or even colorful flats would look pretty.Also accessorize wear a colorful long about 48 in. necklace and have a matching bag.
