Study for be able to out from my country?

I want to study frist to have more options for future , and second for go out from my country , I am 29 years old , so I feel old , I want to study Fashion at night , and Multimedia on day time , I want to think positive but I haven't start yet , I want to start soon ... I am too old ? .. I am only wasting my time ?

What should I do ????....

Where do you want to move to?If you are interested in fashion you hould come here in Italy especially in Milan
