That's a sweet idea. :)

Limewire is good and easy to use. Ares is a good program as well. They are both free, and fast, but it depends on the speed of your internet/computer. I would go with Limewire, as I have never had a problem with it and it is pretty much known to be virus-free.

Happy Holidays!

You could use LimeWire. Some stuff on LimeWire could contain some viruses, but if you want free music then you have to take the chance(I think it's just programs that contain viruses on limewire tho because I don't have viruses and I use LimeWire).

If you go to LimeWire.com and download it then it will ask you if you will use LimeWire to download copyright material..well you have to click that you won't, even tho you will(which makes it illegal). LimeWire knows that you will use it for copyright material tho, they just don't want to admit it. That's why LimeWire is up and running, if you chose that you would use it for copyright material and they let you through, then the cops would get the creators of LimeWire in trouble.

The ONLY thing legal on LimeWire is if you search in "programs" and then you download a free trial offer, then that's the only way LimeWire is legal.

Use it at your own risk.

Have a happy holiday!

Sincerely,
Phil

The free and legal place is from your own existing CD collection (store-bought).
