I get that even when my entire post is about statistics and research that is proven. People don't like to hear the facts, if those facts fly in the face of their illusions.
Don't be hurt personally by it. Online people don't know you anyway, so why should you care?
I laugh it off, in wonderment about how silly someone is to take time with the thumbs down thing just because someone doesn't agree with them.

I think you should just keep working at it and read lots of other answers and compare them to yours. Think about the differences. It would at the very least be a learning experience for you. Try not to ever let what other people think discourage you.It is what you think about yourself that is important. I do admire you asking the question. It shows you are willing to accept criticism.
