OF COURSE!
Those dictators, criminals and assassins are Fidel Castro in Cuba and Hugo Chavez in Venezuela.
Unfortunately their governments are all corrupt and are completely unfair the their people.
Too bad if you live there and don't agree with them.
NOTE: Cuba is in Central America and Venezuela is in South America.

Only Fidel Castro. Hugo Chávez was reelected with 60% of the votes some week ago. Several international organizations monitores the election (OAS, European Union, Jimmy Carter Center...) and none of them denounced frauds or irregularities.
EDITION
People in USA so commonly refer to Central American and Mexico as beeing part of South American than when someone asks abouth South America I immediatly suppose that this person is talking about Latin America.

Their not dictators if they are voted for. The sad thing is that the people are often stuck voting for the lesser of two evils because the good died a long time ago.

yes, but there not called dictators. There presidents, but they act and tell people exactly wht. to do. the sad thing is people obey. I dont think there doing anything about the problems of other regions in there country either, which as president is also a resposibility.
