I am having trouble with the reference below. The quote I am referencing is by Carroll although the chapter (Public Relations....) is by someone called Daugherty E who quoted carroll. The whole books is edited by Heath. Where do I fit Daugherty's name into the reference below?

- example of page numbers is (pp245-287)
- are you sure it was published in 1991? i can only find ones from 2000 and 2001.
- (ed) means that heath is the editor
