Check out a book store for a (clean) joke book or maybe a holiday recipe book or if it has to be neutral. Something that would apply to both men or women.
Look on the clearance tables.
A Santas hat is neat, it gives them something to wear at the party.

It depend on the person. Men, you could give a mug and speciality coffee. Women, a lovely tea cup and some teas or a basket with some bath products in it (Vanilla or Coconut are fairly neutral) Both could have kitchen / barbecue gadgets. Girls, anything frilly (My Little Pony's, Polly Pockets, Littlest Pet shop...) and boys LEGO.

none why waste your money do the same as me forget the whole thing it is just another day and one big con what is so special about December 25th it is just one more day on the calendar every month has a 25th so December is no different

you could make a card instead of buying one and you could buy a stocking and stuff it with candy and littke things.
