I am about to make a purchase from a site which is certified by Eicafraud. Does this mean this website (BigWinterDeals) can be trusted?

Read the thread below. EICAFRAUD.xxxx is a domain setup by a large scam organization of sites to provide the illusion of legitimacy to their own scams. Do not walk, RUN!
