i have 2 adults and 2 babies, one is blind, so the other wears a bell to guide her! would love to be in touch with anyone who also keeps these animals!

We have 3 nigerian pygmies- used to have 4. Currently have 2 males and 1 female. 1 male is cream, 1 is half black with a white hindend, and the female is all black with blue eyes.
The 4th one, a male, died overnight from bloat, but we have preventative measures now (stomach tube) in case it happens to any of the others.
Very cute with the bell idea :)

i don't have Pygmy goats, but I am a volunteer at the zoo. They have about 1 or 2 older pygmy goats (about 10 years old!) and 6 new baby pygmy goats whose ages range from 8 months to 2 years. Because I am a volunteer, I get to work with them. They are SOOOO CUTE!! When I feed them cheerios, them jump up on me like an overexcited dog!! I want one so badly! You are so lucky!

I have a seven year old female who is a sweetie and a 2 year old buck that thinks he is king of the world. They share a pen with 3 lamanchas and two llamas. It is fun to watch the pigmies run around and cry out like little machine guns. They love to spook the llamas by running under their legs... and they love to trick the lamanchas by rearing up on their hind legs in a head-butting challenge, then trotting away right before their heads meet. It's pretty funny.
