One of the "cryz" about holidays recently is the replacement of the words "Merry Christmas" with the generic "Happy Holidays". Christians are unhappy with the removal of Christ from the holiday.

Holidays give us a false sense of having peace. We will never live in a world filled with peace. That doesn't mean we cant have a glimmer of hope now and then. I don't think its hypocritical to celebrate while all the world goes to hell in a hand-basket...
