Planets outside our solar system have boring names like 51 Peg and 83 Eri. We don't know of any moons outside our solar system; we can't find things that small yet.
Most of the star names are Arabic, so they're pretty cool. Like Rigel, Betelguese, Bellatrix, Mintaka, Mizar, Polaris, Regulus, Sirius, Procyon, Alberio, Antares, Spica, Arctaurus, etc.
