It's a possibility!

The disease is not the only factor contribute toward the extinction of species such as Gorillas. I think Human activities are main causes to the extinction of species not just Gorillas.

Deforestation that humans create will destroy the home and food availability for Gorillas as well as other species.

The Orangutans in Indoneasia is also becoming extinct due to deforestation and other human cause activities.

Gorillas have become endangered due to habitat loss and poachers. Yes, they can get ebola, but I think this is the least of what we should be worried about. We need to preserve thier habitat and keep people from butchering them to save them.

Fine, tell me when humans are becoming extinct and I may begin to worry, or at least find the nearest man and make whoopee.
