Good question, but you don't need a degree to earn that kind of money. It really depends what you are good at. If are good at sales, you could have a degree in salami slicing and earn 200K per year. If you are doing what you love...what makes you happy and passionate, then you will tend to go the extra mile in your job. Success about doing just a little bit extra, and chances are that you will be compensated for that.

Computer engineer. Any focus in UNIX administation or programming (especailly mainframe).
If you are looking at increasing your revenue per year, move to California. Out here the living expenses are higher, but so are the meaningful job wages.
